    • Services:<\/strong>\u00a0Unfortunately, for all spa services\u00a0we cannot accept any refund request, all services booked or completed services are final and non-refundable. You may be able to\u00a0exchange for another service of equal or less value\u00a0if requested to exchange\u00a0before 48 Hours of booked appointment. Services cannot be refunded because of concerns or expected results. We are committed to assisting our guest with all their concerns.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>

        • Promotional or Special Offer Items:<\/strong>\u00a0On Sale and Special offers\u00a0items and services are non-refundable; any\u00a0deposit for booking services is also non-refundable.\u00a0Rescheduling of appointment can only be done\u00a0at least 48 hours\u00a0in advance.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>
